14 November: 82^nd Technical Planning Meeting

The meeting was held in the Hilton Hotel, Malta. The meeting was attended by 59 delegates from countries across the Globe and it was especially good that in the IMO’s “Empowering Women in Maritime” themed year there were 15 women attending.
