The ICHCA Severe Risks Dashboard shows that falls from height are in the top four most likely risks to give rise to a workplace fatality. Today we spotlight a previous edition of G2 Ocean’s Safety Bulletin that looked at two fall from height incidents. Thankfully in both cases the injuries were not fatal.
