| Organised by the Lifting Equipment Engineers Association (LEEA), GLAD is a global initiative aimed at promoting safe and effective lifting practices across a wide range of industries, including ports, terminals, and logistics operations. |
| The 2026 theme is “Not all lifting equipment is created equal” which focuses on the importance of quality, reliability, and informed decision-making when selecting lifting equipment. |
