ICHCA priorities during the COVID-19 pandemic

The coronavirus pandemic is clearly having a far greater impact on people and economies than was ever imagined. These impacts will be with us for some time but one thing is clear – the recovery of the world’s economies will be led by the rapid resumption of international trade and the safe and efficient movement of goods through the world’s supply chains.
This means a continuing and vital role for businesses involved in international cargo handling and the organisation that supports and speaks for them, ICHCA International. As your chairman, it is my responsibility to think through the role that ICHCA can play to help you now but also as part of that recovery in the future.
